Cartoonist Ken Haeser (https://www.facebook.com/haeser) has created some awesome mash-up of X-Men and The Muppets.  His works include Piggy as The Phoenix, Beaker as Magneto with Bunson Honeydew (Prof. X), Fozzie as The Beast, Kermit as Cyclops, Gonzo as Night Crawler, and Animal as Wolverine.

Frog and Toad Coming from Jim Henson Company

Variety reported a few days ago that The Jim Henson Company has acquired the film rights and is currently developing an animated feature based on the "Frog and Toad" children's books.  Craig Bartlett ("Dinosaur Train") is writing the screenplay and Cory Edwards ("Hoodwinked!" and "Hoodwinked Too! Hood vs Evil") is slated to direct.
